Everything you need to know about our Mobile & DTH recharge API — setup, pricing, wallet, callbacks and more.

Neropay provides a fast, reliable Mobile and DTH recharge API and software. You can recharge any prepaid mobile number or DTH connection across all major operators through a single integration, with built-in wallet, status, callback and dispute APIs.

Create an account, pay the one-time setup fee, generate your API token from the dashboard, configure your callback URL, and test your integration. Once your test transactions behave as expected, you can go live.

The one-time API setup fee is ₹999 plus GST. It covers onboarding, full API access, your dedicated wallet, and integration support. After that you earn commission on every recharge.

You earn an operator-wise commission on every successful recharge. Rates vary by operator and type (mobile or DTH) and may depend on your monthly volume and operator slabs. The latest rates are listed on our Pricing page and confirmed at onboarding.

Every account gets a dedicated virtual bank account. Transfer funds to it any time — 24x7, including bank holidays — and your wallet balance updates automatically within seconds, with no manual confirmation needed.

All major prepaid mobile operators including Jio, Airtel, Vi and BSNL, and every major DTH provider including Tata Play, Airtel DTH, Dish TV, d2h and Sun Direct. Use the Operator List API to fetch current operator codes.

A refid is a unique reference ID you generate for each transaction. It is your handle to track that exact recharge later — for status checks, disputes, and matching callbacks. Always make it unique for every request.

A PENDING status means the operator is still processing the recharge. Do not resend the request. Instead, poll the Status Check API using your refid, or wait for the callback we push to your URL. This prevents accidentally recharging twice.

Configure a callback URL once. The moment a recharge or dispute status changes, Neropay sends a server-to-server POST to that URL with the final status. Respond with 200 OK to confirm receipt, and match each callback to your records using the refid.

If a recharge fails or is not credited, call the Dispute API with the transaction refid and a reason. You receive a dispute ID to track it. A dispute moves through OPEN, UNDER_REVIEW and then RESOLVED or REJECTED, and you also get a callback when its status changes.

If a recharge returns FAILED, the amount is refunded back to your wallet automatically. The response message tells you the reason for the failure.

Yes. Every request requires your secret API token and must originate from a whitelisted server IP. Keep your token private and never expose it in client-side code.
