These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Neropay website, recharge API and related services, operated by Nerotix Technologies Private Limited ("Neropay", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By using Neropay, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account & API Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API token.
  • You must whitelist only trusted server IPs and never expose your API token in client-side code.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and token.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and operator rules. You must not:

  • Use the service for any fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Resell or misuse the API in a manner that violates these Terms.

4. Wallet & Transactions

Recharges are processed against your prepaid wallet balance. You are responsible for ensuring transaction details (number, operator, amount) are correct before submitting. Successful recharges cannot be reversed. Refunds for failed transactions are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Pricing & Commission

The API setup fee, commission rates and applicable taxes (such as GST) are as communicated at onboarding and on our Pricing page. We may revise commission rates and charges, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Transactions may be affected by operator downtime, network issues or maintenance. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by operators or third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neropay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of the specific transaction in question.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or API access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or as required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software and materials on this platform are the property of Nerotix Technologies Private Limited and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
